How do I reserve my date? 

$1,000 deposit is due upon receipt of signed contract. 50% of estimate charges are due 6 months prior to wedding and the remaining balance & tax is due 1 month prior to wedding date. 

We can also work with you in offering you a payment plan. 

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, we have ample parking for you and all of your guests. For your convenience, a parking attendant can be added for an additional $125.00.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests for your ceremony and reception. Packages are up to 150 guests. Additional guests are charged at $10.00 each. 

Do you require insurance?

Yes, you will be required to purchase a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with the option of adding cancellation insurance. For your convenience, this is easily done through us paid directly to the insurance company. The cost is $118.00.

Can we choose our own vendors?

Yes, however, catering and bartending services must be provided by our approved list of vendors. If you choose to hire a caterer that is not on our approved list, a fee of $250.00 will apply. We highly encourage you to select vendors from our preferred vendor list. They have been carefully selected to ensure you have the best vendors servicing your wedding! If your vendor is not on our preferred list, they must provide a Certificate of Liability. 

Do you offer overnight accommodations? 

Yes, we have three Queen size suites that are available for you to rent the night of your wedding! They rent for $125.00 each per night.

Do you host more than one event at atime?

No, only one event is booked per day so that you have our undivided attention and ample time to setup for your day!

How early can we access the venue?

The bridal suite and groomsmen quarters are accessible at the start of your rental period. The venue rental is 10 hours (12 hours on Saturdays). The latest end time is 11:30 PM. Additional hours are charged at $500.00 per hour. 

Do we need to hire a wedding planner?

We highly encourage you to hire at least a Month/Day of Coordinator to assist you the day of your wedding so that you can enjoy and relax while everything is being handled for you! We have excellent wedding planners that we highly recommend! If you do not hire a wedding planner, a $500.00 charge will apply and we will provide you a Day of Coordinator Assistant. 

Are there any hotels nearby? 

Yes, we have several hotels and resorts nearby that work with us in offering you a wedding room block for you and your guests!
